The below measures are in tight connection to the travel and service industry in the county.
Starting today, 20th December, new requirements for entering Switzerland are in force. Travellers can submit Rapid antigen tests conducted within 24 hours to enter Switzerland. Also, a second test is unnecessary for the vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19. In Brief new measures and requirements for Switzerland
The only people who can enter restaurants, cultural, sporting, and leisure venues and attend indoor events (2G) are those who are being vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19.
Vaccinated or recovered persons presenting a negative test result (2G+) will be permitted admission in settings where masks cannot be worn or where eating or drinking cannot be done while seated. Exceptions may apply.
All the above measures will be in force until 24th January 2021, with a possibility of extension of the actions. In Brief new measures and requirements for Switzerland
