The World’s Best Tourism Film 2022
From 1st to 20th October, the CIFFT holds its “People’s Choice Award” competition.
Online voting is back for the world’s biggest tourism film competition. CIFFT.com is inviting the worldwide audience to vote for the World’s Best Tourism Film from 1st to 20th October. Forty-nine videos from 22 countries have been nominated for the CIFFT “People’s Choice Award” for the fifth consecutive year.
You can find tourism films from Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Fiji, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Japan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Slovenia, Spain, Taiwan, and Uganda among the participants. Unfortunately, Switzerland is not on the list.
With the help of the International Committee of Tourism Film Festivals (CIFFT), viewers can discover new tourism experiences through videos and vote for their favourites.
Last Year Winner
During the last edition, Lobby Films and Advertising produced “Heart and Soul,” the World’s Best Tourism Film, which received 8133 votes from 47 countries, and won the People’s Vote for Best Tourism Film.
According to Alexander V. Kammel, CIFFT Director, “the films participating in the CIFFT “People’s Choice” Award represent what is most creative and innovative in tourism promotion nowadays. Following its evolution each year and rewarding the best ones with the public’s help is very satisfying,” he said.
Most brands today use video heavily in their marketing efforts. As a result of the CIFFT “People’s Choice” Award, tourism experiences are promoted authentically and engagingly.
World Tourism Organization and the European Travel Commission endorse and support CIFFT Circuit, which features 49 tourism videos.
You may vote only once per day, per IP address, or browser session during the Voting Period; from October 1st to October 20th. CIFFT will announce the winner on its website and social networks on October 21st.
