The unforgettable enthronement ceremony in the Chaîne des Rotisseurs took place in Zurich on September 17th, where Cheff Ioannis was honoured to enter the “Maître des Rotisseurs” club.
Founded in over 80 countries, the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs brings together enthusiasts who share the same values of quality, fine dining, the promotion of culinary arts and the pleasures of the table with over 21,000 members.
Finally, thanks to its high standards and quality products combined with passion and creativity, the Ioannis Restaurant joined the most prestigious culinary association.

13 Points from Gault Millau
In addition, at the suggestion of a great well-known Swiss chef, Antonio Colaianni, Gault Millau visited the restaurant and gave a prestige of 13 points to Ioannis Restaurant.
